Players: Tre/Tienarth, Henry/Ferris, Nick/Azrak, Jeff/Ghevont, Oliver/Glubo
Picking up from last session, Nebula, Jed and Diritbro when out of the dungeon to guard the entrance as the rest of the crew explored.
West of the octagonal room, they found skeletons that they quickly dispatched. To the south, they found giant rats. Tianarth put most of them to sleep, making easy work of them. Azrak and Ferris dug through the rat den to find many treasures, including a cat’s eye ruby.
Onward, the party found an alchemy lab and a room full of bats. Then, they stumbled on some giant ants. They quickly found the ants to be quite powerful. Tianarth cast web to immobilize the ants. Some debate ensued, but it was decided to kill the ants with fire. Two flaming oil flasks killed all but one. Despite heavy damage, the party did manage to kill the ants. After that, they all headed back to the fort.
Back at the fort, the tax was 600 gp. This was mainly due to the 5,000 gp ruby Azrak picked up. He traded it for a week of training.
