The shrine and tomb of Ghot the Lizard God is somewhere in the swamps south of Morgansfort. The mummified body of Ghot still clutches a scythe with an obsidian blade that is said to sunder all armor.
Numerous forgotten temples and tombs associated with Ghot hide in the wilderness, offering danger and treasure for those who dare to tempt the lizard god. Murals show human sacrifices to Ghot.
A freshly-painted mural depicted Ghot with his arm around a monstrous amalgamation of woman and lobster. His other arm held a strangled angel.
Ghot is mentioned in “The Lone Sentry” in the book Ode to Tosasth.
