He has unsettling eyes that appear too wide and shifty, contributing to a generally creepy demeanor. His expression is often a blend of awkwardness, puzzlement, and a forced, unnerving smile. He wears a stained and rumpled innkeeper’s apron over simple, practical clothing typical of a colonial port town in the western lands.
The members of Tienarth’s Raiders consider Jolar creepy, particularly Nebula, who sometimes is taken away with murder fantasies about him.
